ONE
SPECIES.
ONE
EXPEDITION.
ONE
REAL MISSION.

The Lost Genome follows endangered species, the science connected to their survival and the people attempting to build conservation from the ground up.

Documentary Production

Not a traditional wildlife documentary.
Not a polished NGO campaign.
A conservation reality series.

Fellow scientists, conservation people, nature lovers, curious humans and passionate supporters — welcome to the adventure. We hope you love it. We hope you care. And, if conservation has never really been your thing, this part is especially for you. This is not a traditional wildlife documentary. This is not a polished NGO campaign. This is a conservation reality series. The Lost Genome Series is about endangered species, fieldwork, research and the urgent need to protect what is disappearing. But it is also about the people crazy enough to try, the places we cross, the partners who help us, the mistakes we make, the chaos we survive and the moments that make all of it worth it. Each season follows one expedition, one species and one real mission from the inside. You will see the planning, the pressure, the awkward angles, the arguments, the tears, the laughter, the failures, the victories, the jungle, the animals, the science and the full process of building conservation from the ground up. With each animal comes a new season, a new adventure and a new chance to share what we find with the people who already care — and the ones who might just start.

The Lost Genome Series

The mission is real.
So is the chaos.

The Lost Genome Series is what happens when a real conservation mission refuses to behave like a documentary script. It is about endangered species, research and fieldwork, but also bad timing, wrong turns, arguments, exhaustion, awkward angles, humour, failures, unexpected help and the people behind the mission. The science remains responsible. The experience remains human.
